Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for comprehensive product testing.
• Perform manual testing across various scenarios, including regression testing, UAT, and impact analysis.
• Conduct REST API testing and validate backend functionality.
• Track and manage defects using tools like Jira and log analysis with Loggly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Debug backend issues and provide insights to developers.
• Work on SaaS testing scenarios and ensure system compatibility across platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years in manual testing and quality assurance.
• Core Skills: Expertise in test planning, defect tracking, and UAT processes.
• Technical Tools: Experience with AWS, DynamoDB, Jira, and Loggly.
• Strong knowledge of REST API testing and backend debugging.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology and collaborative team workflows.

Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to automated testing frameworks is a plus.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques.
