We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR support to employees across all levels, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic goals and legal requirements.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to support their development and growth.
- Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
