Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Data Entry:
Accurately and efficiently enter data into various systems, including spreadsheets, databases, and CRM platforms.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness by verifying information against source documents.
Identify and correct data entry errors promptly.
Maintain data integrity by adhering to established data entry protocols.
MIS Reporting:
Generate reports and dashboards using various tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Prepare reports that are clear, concise, and informative.
Communicate findings to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, information technology) preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field.
Experience with MIS reporting tools and software preferred.
Skills:
Strong data entry skills, including accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL or other database query languages.
Experience with BI platforms or reporting tools preferred.
Familiarity with cloud-based applications and platforms preferred.
