Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites and landing pages using HubSpot CMS and WordPress, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
• Customize HubSpot modules, templates, and workflows for marketing, sales, and service teams
• Integrate third-party tools and APIs with HubSpot and WordPress environments
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketers to bring user-focused web experiences to life
• Optimize website performance through clean code, image optimization, caching strategies, and SEO best practices
• Implement tracking scripts and tags for marketing analytics using tools like Google Tag Manager
• Conduct website audits and recommend improvements related to performance, usability, and accessibility
• Stay current with industry trends and HubSpot platform updates, bringing new ideas and recommendations to the team
• Manage technical issues independently and provide proactive solutions

Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in web development with a strong focus on WordPress and HubSpot CMS
• Demonstrated experience with HubSpot’s Sales and Service Hubs, including CRM setup, automation workflows, and custom module development
• Proven ability to build custom WordPress themes and plugins; familiarity with Gutenberg, ACF, and PHP best practices
• Solid understanding of inbound marketing, lead conversion strategies, and content-driven development
• Comfortable working with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
• Experience with responsive frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind
• Hands-on knowledge of version control systems like Git
• Familiarity with SEO principles and implementation within CMS platforms
