About the Role
We are hiring a Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our organization, both in-person and over the phone. The role goes beyond front-desk duties and includes basic sales follow-ups, customer interaction, and database management. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, is confident on calls, and has a natural flair for communication and organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and handle front desk duties, ensuring a professional and warm first impression
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, including customer outreach for product information and service awareness
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers over phone calls
- Update and maintain customer information in the system accurately
- Understand and respond to customer queries and concerns professionally
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions or product recommendations
- Support the sales team by qualifying leads and helping meet follow-up targets
- Assist with appointment scheduling and basic administrative support when required
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or telecalling roles
- Confident phone presence with the ability to convey value clearly and handle objections
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English and Hindi is essential
- Proficiency in using basic office software (MS Office) and handling calls via phone systems
- Positive attitude, polite demeanor, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment

- Prior experience in handling customer databases or CRM systems
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
