About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in hiring for technical roles across multiple domains. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, while partnering closely with hiring managers to fulfill project-specific and long-term hiring needs.
This is a fully remote opportunity suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hiring environment and is confident managing multiple tech roles simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and evaluate candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other relevant databases
- Screen applicants based on technical skills, role relevance, and cultural fit
- Build and manage candidate pipelines for multiple IT positions concurrently
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection criteria, and hiring timelines
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensure timely feedback, and maintain structured follow-ups
- Maintain candidate records using ATS or internal tracking tools
- Create a smooth, transparent, and positive experience for every candidate throughout the process
- Stay updated on hiring trends in the IT industry and maintain knowledge of evolving technical skillsets
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in technical/IT recruitment, preferably in an agency or high-volume hiring environment
- Proven ability to source, screen, and place candidates in roles such as Java Developer, Full Stack Engineer, QA, DevOps, Cloud Engineer, etc.
- Comfortable working with job boards, Boolean search techniques, and LinkedIn Recruiter tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional coordination with candidates and clients
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver results under tight timelines
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Preferred Attributes
- Experience working in a remote setup with virtual hiring tools
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently without daily supervision
