Role Overview
This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to begin a career in sales and business development within the EdTech sector. As a Business Development Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective learners, helping them understand the value of our programs and guiding them through the enrollment process.
This is a full-time remote role with structured support and training provided to help you grow into the position.
Key Responsibilities
1. Student Counseling & Sales
- Introduce prospective learners to Edunutshell’s courses and explain how they align with the candidate’s educational or professional goals.
- Conduct consultations over phone, email, and video calls to resolve queries and help students make informed decisions.
- Guide prospects from the initial inquiry stage through to successful enrollment, maintaining a consultative and ethical sales approach.
2. Follow-ups & Relationship Management
- Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups with leads to ensure high engagement and conversion rates.
- Build long-term relationships with potential learners by offering personalized assistance and after-enrollment support.
- Manage CRM tools to track communication history and keep records updated.
3. Strategic Outreach
- Identify collaboration opportunities with colleges, universities, placement cells, and student communities.
- Assist in executing outreach strategies to promote Edunutshell’s programs through digital campaigns, webinars, or offline partnerships.
4. Market Intelligence & Competitor Tracking
- Stay informed about ongoing trends in the EdTech domain and monitor competitor offerings.
- Share insights with the internal team to help fine-tune marketing and sales strategies.
