Are you passionate about building business applications with low-code tools? We’re hiring a Junior Power Platform Developer with 3+ years of experience in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse to join our remote development team. This role involves working with modern Microsoft technologies to build scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications that solve real-world business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Canvas and Model-Driven PowerApps to meet specific business needs.
- Create and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow).
- Connect apps and flows to SharePoint, SQL Server, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Dataverse.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and convert them into functional solutions.
- Assist in UI/UX design to create apps that are easy to use and visually consistent.
- Troubleshoot, test, and enhance apps for performance, security, and scalability.
- Maintain thorough documentation for all created apps, flows, and processes.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Power Platform development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerApps (Canvas + Model-Driven) and Power Automate.
- Proficiency in working with connectors such as SharePoint, SQL Server, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Knowledge of Power Fx formulas, expressions, and Business Process Flows (BPFs).
- Understanding of App Lifecycle Management (ALM), solution layers, and environment management.
- Experience with role-based security models in Power Platform and Dataverse permissions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Power BI and embedding dashboards in PowerApps.
- Experience integrating Microsoft Teams with PowerApps.
- Working knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and AI Builder.
- Certifications such as PL-100 or PL-200 are an added advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote team setup.
