As a Presales Trainee, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective learners, helping them understand our programs and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential leads and introduce them to Bhanzu’s offerings.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them through the right programs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead conversion.

Required Skills:

• Good command of English and Hindi (spoken communication).
• Comfortable speaking to leads via phone or online platforms.
• Ability to work from home with a personal laptop and stable internet connection.
• Strong enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Indian Standard Time)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week
