Roles and Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage key stakeholders to align project goals and provide regular progress updates.
• Mentor and guide assigned data analysts to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• Technical: Create and lead successful execution of detailed project plans, allocate resources, and track timelines.
• Design measurement frameworks and indicators to evaluate program outcomes.
• Facilitate sessions such as trainings, focus groups, and data reviews to help stakeholders make informed decisions based on insights.
• Miscellaneous: Capture and share lessons learned to continuously improve internal project management processes.
• Drive the planning and execution of organizational OKRs to support Goalkeep’s growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the development sector, with client-facing and consulting responsibilities.
• Experience designing measurement frameworks and indicators to assess impact.
• Proficiency in visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Metabase, Power BI, and Superset.
• Comfortable facilitating trainings, FGDs, and data review sessions.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to interpret and present complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
• Preferably based out of Mumbai, Bengaluru, or Delhi.
