About the Opportunity:
MoltonRox is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As part of our remote design unit, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling packaging designs and print-ready artwork that align with diverse brand identities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design innovative packaging and labeling concepts that reflect brand vision and appeal to target audiences.
- Create professional, accurate label designs and prepare branding materials for various product categories.
- Work with CMYK and Pantone color systems to ensure print precision and color fidelity.
- Develop dielines and print-ready layouts in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
- Prepare production-ready files for printing vendors with clear instructions and layout guides.
- Collaborate with teams including product, marketing, and vendors to align designs with production capabilities.
- Maintain design consistency and high-quality standards across all deliverables.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Proven experience in packaging design, especially with dielines and label creation.
- Understanding of color management for print, including CMYK and Pantone standards.
- Experience in preparing files for manufacturing and production workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong aesthetic sensibility.
- Ability to multitask and manage projects independently in a remote environment.
