HubSpot is seeking an experienced and motivated Account Executive to join our team remotely. This role focuses on driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with small-sized businesses. The ideal candidate will have strong consultative selling skills, experience managing a pipeline of outbound prospects, and a proven ability to close net new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run 3-5 meetings per day, prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
• Educate prospects on how HubSpot’s software can grow their business in the short and long term.
• Manage a pipeline of 90% outbound prospects and 10% inbound leads.
• Dissect prospects’ business goals to determine if HubSpot can be a strategic investment.
• Close deals at or above quota level, while collaborating with marketing and technology teams.
• Continuously improve your consultative selling and closing skills.

Key Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience with self-sourced, outbound leads.
• 1-2 years of net new closing experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills.
• Proactive attitude and a strong focus on achieving goals.
• Top performer in your current role with a desire to succeed in sales.
