HubSpot is hiring a highly motivated and experienced Associate Customer Success Manager to join their remote team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for working with a diverse team of Customer Success Managers to provide top-notch customer support across multiple channels and help drive value for HubSpot’s customers through strategic engagement and tailored recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a shared install base of customers using various communication channels like Email, Chat, Phone Calls, and live webinars.
- Identify customer objectives and analyze account usage to create personalized strategies that enhance customer engagement.
- Lead strategy calls to educate customers and help them fully realize the value of HubSpot’s platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
- Contribute to the development of a strong team culture focused on skill-building and performance growth.
Key Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Success or customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Aptitude for learning software and AI tools.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to teach and guide customers effectively.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required.
