Key Responsibilities:
- Drive best practices to enhance the team’s technical capabilities and continuously improve the product/team’s technology.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and architecture discussions to help achieve technical excellence.
- Experiment with new technologies, tools, and drive innovation, measuring the impact you can create.
- Contribute to creating architectures and designs for new solutions.
- Implement a long-term technology vision for your team and ensure smooth execution.
- Decide on technology and tool choices for your team and own the responsibility for their performance.
Key Qualifications:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in software development with hands-on expertise.
- Strong command of Java, and experience with Golang is a plus.
- Proficient in Data Structures and Algorithms with exceptional coding skills in Object-Oriented programming (Java, Golang).
- Experience with Java Spring, Python, Linux, Apache, MySQL, Solr, Memcache, Redis.
- Familiarity with building high-performance services catering to millions of daily users is an advantage.
