Role Overview

The Data Analyst will support data collection, analysis, and reporting activities to help teams make informed, data-driven decisions. The role offers hands-on exposure to analytical tools, reporting workflows, and business-oriented data practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights within datasets
• Support the creation of dashboards and data visualizations
• Assist in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Perform data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure accuracy
• Prepare reports and presentations based on analytical findings
• Conduct basic research on industry trends and data practices
• Support the development of data-driven solutions
• Participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions
• Document data analysis processes and methodologies

Eligibility & Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Comfortable working with numbers and simple calculations
• Willingness to learn tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Python (training support provided)
• Basic understanding of charts and reports
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Logical thinking and a problem-solving mindset
• Open to graduates and diploma holders from any stream
• No prior work experience required
