About the Opportunity
Job Nexus India is hiring a Business Analyst for a client organisation. This role is ideal for graduates and fresh professionals who are interested in business analysis, operations, consulting, or strategy and want exposure to enterprise-level business processes.
Role Overview
The Business Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze data, and support decision-making through structured insights, reports, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and understand business requirements from internal teams
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
- Track KPIs and support business performance monitoring
- Assist with process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, product, sales, and finance
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduates from any discipline or final-year MBA students
- Freshers interested in business analysis, consulting, or operations
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Comfortable working with data, numbers, and structured problem-solving
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of business concepts
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Internship or academic project experience
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools
- Exposure to Agile, process improvement, or analytics methodologies
