Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing HR processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Assist in training needs assessment and employee development initiatives
- Support employee relations activities and ensure fair policy application
- Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- Contribute to compensation, benefits, and retention initiatives
- Stay updated on HR regulations, trends, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams on HR projects and initiatives
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (HR or related background preferred)
- Strong interest in HR operations, consulting, and people management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
