About the Opportunity
Job Nexus India is hiring an Operations Manager for a client organisation. This role is suitable for individuals who are strong in execution, coordination, and operational management, and who are comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Role Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure smooth coordination across teams, and maintain execution quality across projects. The role involves building operational systems, tracking deliverables, and improving efficiency through structured processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve daily operations across teams and active projects
- Coordinate work between design, technology, marketing, and growth teams
- Ensure deadlines, priorities, and deliverables are clearly defined and met
- Participate in client and internal meetings to capture decisions and ensure follow-through
- Build, document, and maintain SOPs, workflows, and internal systems
- Research and implement automation and AI tools to improve operational efficiency
- Monitor task management, accountability, and execution quality
- Manage internal and external communication to maintain clarity and professionalism
- Identify operational gaps and proactively resolve issues
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong operational, organizational, and execution skills
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- Comfort working with digital tools, AI products, or no-code platforms
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and teams simultaneously
- Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
- Experience in startups, agencies, or fast-paced environments is an advantage
- Tools You May Work With: ClickUp, Notion, Slack
- Automation and AI-based productivity tools
