Role Overview

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Follow communication guidelines and service standards

Eligibility & Requirements

• Education: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Graduate (any stream)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal and decision-making abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Comfortable working 6 days a week
• Flexible for day shifts within an 8 AM–10 PM window
• Laptop with webcam and stable internet connection required
