About the Opportunity

Job Nexus India is hiring a Product Engineer for one of its global client organizations, Persist Ventures. This is a high-ownership, founder-style role designed for individuals who want to operate at the intersection of product, technology, and business execution in a fast-growing startup environment.

Role Overview

As a Product Engineer, you will function as a founding operator / venture lead, owning execution end-to-end. This role goes beyond traditional engineering and focuses on building, scaling, and driving outcomes across product, technology, or operations with significant autonomy.

You will be expected to think like a founder, move fast, and take full responsibility for results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and operate a subsidiary or new venture as a founding team member
• Own execution across product development, technology decisions, or operational workflows
• Drive growth initiatives, decision-making, and measurable outcomes
• Build, iterate, and scale products or systems from the ground up
• Work with high autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment

Requirements

• Alumni of Stanford University, MIT, or Harvard University (mandatory requirement)
• Strong execution-driven mindset with a high sense of ownership
• Exposure to startups, product development, technology, or operations
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Ability to make decisions independently and take accountability for outcomes
