Job Nexus India is hiring a MIS Executive Intern for one of its client organizations, HappiMynd. This opportunity is ideal for students and freshers interested in data management, reporting, and analytics.
Role Overview
As a MIS Executive Intern, you will work on data collection, reporting, and dashboard creation while ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage interactive dashboards using Power BI
- Assist in data collection, cleaning, and validation from multiple sources
- Manage and maintain data using MS Excel and internal MIS systems
- Prepare regular MIS reports and dashboards
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with Power BI or any data visualization tool
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Basic understanding of MIS reporting
- Understanding of data management and handling practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, B.Sc, BBA, MBA, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Prior academic projects or internships in data analysis or reporting
