As a Network (Support) Engineer, you will provide technical support, monitor network systems, and assist in maintaining network infrastructure and performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide technical support and troubleshoot network infrastructure issues

· Monitor network performance and identify potential problems

· Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software

· Respond to and resolve user-reported network issues

· Collaborate with senior engineers on network design and implementation

· Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps

· Assist in maintaining network security protocols

· Participate in on-call rotation for urgent support needs

· Conduct network health checks and performance analysis

· Stay updated with networking technologies and best practices
