We are seeking a creative Zoho Solutions Engineer to join our talented team!

Key Responsibilities

Zoho Platform Configuration Specialist:

• Tailoring Zoho platforms (CRM, Creator, Books, Projects, etc.) to meet specific business requirements.
• Modifying workflows, fields, and layouts for seamless operations within Zoho systems.

Zoho Integration Expert:

• Integrating Zoho applications with third-party tools and platforms using robust API solutions.
• Managing smooth and secure data synchronization across integrated systems.

Custom App Development Specialist:

• Designing and deploying custom applications on Zoho Creator.
• Creating automated workflows and scripting custom actions using Zoho's Deluge language.

Technical Support Lead:

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues across Zoho applications.
• Providing timely technical assistance and ensuring smooth functionality for end users.

Business Process Advisor:

• Collaborating with teams to gather operational requirements and transform them into Zoho-based solutions.
• Implementing business-specific customizations to optimize Zoho processes.

Data Migration & Compliance Lead:

• Overseeing data migration between Zoho applications and external platforms.
• Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of data during transitions and updates.
• Preferred Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, data management, and platform optimization.
• Expertise in scripting (Deluge or similar) and integration technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with additional Zoho products like Zoho Books and Zoho Projects.
• Certifications in Zoho CRM or Zoho Creator are highly desirable.
