We are on the lookout for a skilled Zoho Solutions Architect to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

Zoho Customization Specialist:

• Adapting and configuring Zoho products (CRM, Creator, Books, Projects, etc.) to meet specific organizational needs.
• Creating, modifying, and optimizing workflows, fields, and layouts across Zoho tools.

Zoho System Integrator:

• Seamlessly integrating Zoho applications with third-party tools using API-based solutions.
• Managing secure and efficient data exchanges across integrated systems.

Custom Application Developer:

• Designing bespoke applications using Zoho Creator.
• Developing custom workflows and automation scripts using Zoho's scripting language, Deluge.

Technical Support Expert:

• Troubleshooting and addressing functional or technical issues in Zoho platforms.
• Delivering prompt and effective support for end-user technical queries.

Business Process Consultant:

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze workflows.
• Translating business needs into Zoho configurations and tailored solutions.

Data Management & Migration Specialist:

• Leading data migration projects between Zoho and third-party systems.
• Ensuring data integrity, security, and smooth system updates during migration.
• Preferred Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Proven expertise in Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.
• Strong understanding of CRM methodologies, data security, and system optimization.
• Hands-on experience with scripting (Deluge, or equivalent) and integration protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.

Additional Desirable Skills:

• Experience working within Agile or similar project management frameworks.
• Familiarity with other Zoho products like Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc.
• Zoho CRM or Zoho Creator certification is a plus.
